2009 Forensic Analysis Forensic testing to determine cause of VFD failures on Conveyor 203 at the Campania Minera Dona Ines de Collahuasi mine. The protection system did not function correctly, allowing severe electrical damage to all the VFD’s.
2011 Forensic Analysis Forensic testing to determine cause of belt failure on Conveyor 205 at the Campania Minera Dona Ines de Collahuasi mine.
