The control system design included the logic development, programming (Modicon Quantum), on-site commissioning, and performance testing. The control system included a supervisory system (FactoryLink) provided by others.

The control system included a supervisory system (FactoryLink) provided by others.
1998  Zisco  Zimbabwe, South Africa Control system design and commissioning for a 15.6 km downhill overland conveyor.
1998  Indo Kodeco Cement  Indonesia The control system design includes the logic development, programming (Allen Bradley PLC5/30), supervisory system (Wonderware Intouch) development and programming, on-site commissioning and performance testing for a 24.2 km overland conveyor.
1998  Antelope Coal  Wright, WY, USA The control system design included the logic development, programming (Allen Bradley PLC5/30), supervisory system (Rockwell software RS View32) development and programming, on-site commissioning and performance testing for a 2.1 km overland conveyor. The conveyor drives are Dodge-Reliance CST hydraulic drives with CDI controller.

1997  Dupont – Pioneer Aggregate  Dupont, WA, USA Control system design and commissioning for a 1.5 km overland conveyor. Dodge CFT-230 CST drive w/CDI controller.
1996  Morenci Phase 3/4  Morenci, AZ, USA Supervisory systems, instrumentation, controls and control design for a 7.59 km overland conveyor system.
1995  Mutuca  Mutuca, Brazil Instrumentation and control system design for a 3.6 km conveyor system. The control system design included the logic development and programming (Allen Bradley PLC5/30), supervisory system (FactoryLink) development and programming, on-site commissioning, and performance testing.
1995  Zaldivar  Chile Provided the PLC control programs and commissioning for some plant controls and the 5.37 km overland system. Included sequential braking control of conveyors and inverter starting (ABB).

1988  Kennecott Bingham Canyon  Utah, USA Provided the mechanical design support to PHB Wessehutte, including head-tail 6000 hp drive (4 x 1500 hp) wound rotor motor control / logic, and head-tail brake PLC logic code for the system of four large conveyors.
1986  Quintette Hydraulics  Tumbler Bridge, BC, Canada Instrumentation and control system design. The control system design included the logic development, programming (Allen Bradley PLC2/30), on-site commissioning and performance testing. The project included a 13 km route with both a 7 km and a 6 km overland conveyor system and two downhill conveyors.
